is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in auditing, financial analysis, and corporate strategy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and a Master’s in Accounting from the United States. Additionally, he has earned prestigious certifications, including membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Management Accountants. His expertise spans financial performance measurement, risk management, and business valuation, reinforced by specialized training from global institutions such as HSBC, Ernst & Young, and NACVA.
Throughout his career, Al Harbi has held key leadership roles in major organizations. He served as Financial Controller at L’azurde Group and later as an Executive Director at Ernst & Young. Since 2006, he has played a pivotal role at Darfin Capital/Marifa Financial, holding senior executive positions and serving as Chairman of the Board. Currently, he is the Managing Partner at Arab Accountants, where he oversees auditing, financial advisory, and due diligence engagements. His experience spans diverse industries, including financial services, oil & gas, manufacturing, hospitality, telecommunications, and healthcare.
Beyond his professional roles, Al Harbi has contributed to the field through published articles and lectures on taxation, corporate restructuring, and financial planning.
