Dyaa Mansour – Partner, Head of Audit
is a highly skilled audit and assurance professional with over 20 years of experience in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He specializes in quality control, risk management, due diligence, and corporate governance. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce with honors from Cairo University, he is also a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors. Before joining Arab accountant company, he worked in Kreston NBB as an Audit Director at December 2021, also he spent over 15 years as an Audit Manager at KPMG as a Big Four firm, gaining deep expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
In his current role, Dyaa is responsible for managing audits across both public and private sectors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing technical accounting issue resolution. His leadership extends to training and development, with a focus on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), IFRS for SMEs, International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and audit software. During his tenure at KPMG, he was a key member of the Quality Control Review (2LoD), the Department of Professional Practice (DPP), and the Learning and Development (L&D) committees, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest
